Setting up your profile in NovaLuna ensures a personalized experience and makes it easier for others in your workspace to identify you. Follow these steps to configure your details, preferences, and account settings.

Step-by-step guide to account creation
- After logging in, click your avatar icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Profile Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Name – Enter your first and last name as you’d like it to appear.
- Email – Your registered email (cannot be changed directly unless you update account credentials).
- Click on the profile image placeholder.
- Choose an image from your device and upload it.
- Crop or adjust it to fit within the circular preview.
- From the Language dropdown, select your preferred interface language.
- Available options include English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Hindi, Japanese, and more.
- Set theme mode (dark/light).
- Configure notification settings.
- Enable or disable quick tips.
- Click Save to apply your updates. Your profile will now display your chosen name, picture, and preferences across the platform.
