How do I invite my team members?

Step-by-step guide to inviting team members

1. Open User Management
   • From the left sidebar, click User Management > Users.
   • You will see a list of existing users along with their profile images, usernames, and full names.
2. Add a new user
   • Click the + or Create User button (if available).
   • Enter the new user’s Full Name, Username, and Email.
   • Set a temporary password if required.
3. Assign roles and permissions
   • Go to Role Management > Roles to assign an appropriate role (e.g., Admin, Editor, Viewer).
   • Use Permissions and Functions to fine-tune access rights.
4. Add the user to a group
   • Go to User Management > Groups.
   • Select an existing group (e.g., Employee, Human Resource, Investor Relations) or click Create Group to make a new one.
   • Assign the new user to the relevant group.
5. Sync users
   • Click Sync Users to ensure the system updates the new team member's access and permissions.

• Use descriptive names – For both roles and groups so it’s clear who should belong where.
• Limit admin rights – Only grant high-level permissions to trusted team members.

• New user not showing up
  Click Sync Users and refresh the page. If the user still doesn’t appear, ensure you completed all required fields during creation.
• User can’t access features
  Check that they’ve been assigned both the correct role and group.
• Group not visible when assigning
  Make sure the group exists in Group Management and is active.
