When you purchase any paid plan from Novaluna.ai, you are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, worldwide license to access and use our platform, applications, and features according to our Terms of Service.

This license allows you to:

Access the NovaLuna.ai web app and its associated features.

Use the platform for your personal, business, or organizational needs within the scope of your selected plan.

Download and use any data, reports, or outputs generated through your account.

This license does not allow you to:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense NovaLuna.ai or its components.

Reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise replicate our proprietary systems, algorithms, or designs.

All usage is subject to our [Terms of Service] and [Privacy Policy]. If you need a custom or enterprise-level license, please contact our sales team at sales@novaluna.ai.

Note: Your license will remain active for the duration of your paid subscription and will expire upon cancellation or nonrenewal.
